Ordering a Regular list

Regular lists use our domain and the address for your email discussion list will be in the format of yourlist@mailmanlist.net - On placing your order, your new list will be set up within two hours and we'll email you when it is ready to go. The email will contain the information you need to login to the administration section of your list and your My account.

Ordering a Pro list

Pro lists use your own domain and the address for your list is in the format of yourlist@lists.yourdomainname - On placing your order, you'll receive instructions on making an addition to your DNS records. In short, you'll be adding an A Record and an MX record for lists.yourdomain.com and pointing these records to our Mailman server. If it all seems to much bother - please let us know and we'll be happy to assist, or even do it for you.

If you do want us to assist, please allow some time for us to respond - as we may be in a different time zone to you. As soon as the new DNS records have been added and resolved, we'll activate your new list. The whole process can take up to 24 hours.

As soon as your list is up and running you'll get an email with the information you need to login to the administration section of your list and your My account.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account - you can use Mastercard or Visa credit cards. Look for the link when you get passed to the PayPal site. Once payment is processed, you'll receive statements from PayPal and MailmanLists within a few minutes.
