We're running GNU Mailman which has a web interface making it easy for administrators to manage their discussion list, and for subscribers to manage their own account settings. If you'd like some help with your new list - we're here for that, or if you're needing to migrate an existing list from another host, we can assist. And you can use your own domain name or ours.
